I contacted Kingswitcher but haven't heard back from him. It looks like other players have had trouble as well?

Thanks to each of you for responding - I have followed up by sending private messages to @Kingswitcher both here on lichess and Discord. We'll see if he responds during the next week before considering any further action.

I have received a response from Kingswitcher via Discord. He currently requires his focus on school, but is hopeful to return back to the crazyhouse action in one or two weeks. Two weeks from today is 11th October. Players with an outstanding match with Kingswitcher should certainly attempt to reach out to him again if they do not hear back by 11th October.
