should start their games by 1.f3 move (just to prepare 2.g4). Or better resign without playing because black pieces matter. In fact this is what we observe in real life today.
Strongly disappointed with lichess.
Facts:
-About George Floyd (GF):
Lengthy criminal record, his 20 page autopsy showed among other things that he had no neck injuries, he had corona virus, he was high on meth and fentanyl (above the lethal dose threshold) and some of his heart's arteries where narrowed by 75% and 90%.
-Derek Chauvin's (DC) report:
It's a 7 page pdf, he says the suspect (GF) did not cooperate, refused to get in the car or stand still, he was also able to talk fine while also claiming "i can't breath".
-Video footage:
Video footage from the restaurant confirms the claim that GF was pretending to fall down / go limb in order to not get in the police car. It is also visible that GF dropped small bags of white powder from his pockets while getting arrested.
-Aftermath:
DC will face trial and judged for his actions, he is being charged with 2nd degree murder.
Protesters are burning and looting stores among other things, not only big corporate ones but also small local businesses, some store owners put "Black Owned" signs on their stores to protect their property.
Many black people have died during these riots. But not only black people, there have been reports of white people getting murdered, kidnapped or raped.
Many videos show lynching of white people where they alone face mobs.
GF's family has made more than 12 million in 7 days, profiting from GF's death.
Personal Opinion:
The policemen will be judged in accordance to law, of course peaceful protests can be justified seeing how DC treated GF.
That being said, every single person should condemn the criminal activities of the protesters, doesn't matter if they call themselves BLM, antifa or god knows what else, burning, destroying, looting, murdering, kidnapping and raping cannot be justified be what happened to GF.
And if you think that black people are victims, educate yourself on criminal statistics regarding black people, B on B crime, B on W crime, W on B crime.
B on B homicides or B on W homicides are way more than W on B homicides.
About Lichess "supporting the protests" as they say in the blog post. I consider this a big misstep on their part, they should not have brought politics into a free and open to all (awesome) chess site.
These protests have caused suffering and pain to many innocent people, it is clear from the facts i stated above that they have no noble cause and they are no more than opportunistic criminals.
Lichess officially supporting them is an ignorant virtue signalling move.

Media, social media, politicians they all tell you the world is black and white and this is the only truth. You try to hide it and go on a chess platform. They tell the you world is black and white and this is the only truth.
Where can i go that someone is respecting my adulthood and accept i can my form own opinions without someone force feeding their simplified facts 24/7 ? I ask only because i dont know anymore.

I think the reason why people have such a big problem with "All lives matter" is because "All" includes white people...
Everybody knows that all white people are born racist, and so instead of "Black lives matter", or "All lives matter".
Just simplify things with "White lives don't matter". That way it automatically implies that non-whites lives matter, and therefore you can cover all your bases with blacks and asian's and everybody!
