I’ve barely gotten any rest the last three weeks, got acedemic testing tomorrow, and am at school despite no one even being there. Can’t leave. How the hell am I supposed to take a nap?
Why is no one at school? They should be able to let you leave if there's no one, no?

Very simple. Cross your arms on your desk, rest your head on your crossed arms, and close your eyes until you fall asleep. The worst thing that can happen is the teacher spending you somewhere else, where you can apply the same method.

It takes me an hour at least to fall asleep.
