U1600 Bullet /Hyperbullet Tournament

I think that a U1600 Bullet/Hyperbullet Tournament should be created. Many players at the U1600 level need to practice their skill in bullet or hyperbullet by playing other people of their own skill level in a tournament. This would be a great change for most lichess U1600 level players.
