hit by a bullet

http://de.lichess.org/uAPfcvVQIdwb:
for a split of a second i saw 3.Qd2 on my board, but then her majesty jumped back to d1. then i premoved 3...Nc6 and waited till my oponent's time run out. but finally i had to see the queen back to d2 and me out of time!! yet in contrast to other similar incidences neither my browser crashed not the connection to lichess got lost.
what happend?
think, i better i take a timeout here.
I'm also having network issues right now with reading and posting to the forum; sometimes pages aren't loading, sometimes my replies are double posting...
I've been running maintenance tasks on the database this morning, and lichess has been shaky for twenty minutes. It's over now.
like in real life: when the arbiter commits a mistake (one of) the players get's punished. whom did i lose to: a player whom a i was dominating 12-0 before or lichess? someone just knocked me out in three moves. but does the assassin deserve a high or low rating for that?
I had exactly what FraGer68 reports happen to me here http://en.lichess.org/sM4O3oQp . The white bishop appeared on g2 for a split second, then jumped back to f1 and white's clock started ticking. I sit in front of the computer waiting for my opponent to move and when eventually his time runs out, the bishop jumps back to b2 and it is MY time that has run out. Lichess has given no indication of any network error or connection problem.
