Can't use engine after puzzle, also have to enable engine every single time on analysis board

So after failing like 3-4 puzzles i clicked to enable the engine each time next to that show threat button, dots appear, engine never loads

Issue 2, every single time i click on analysis board of a random game, there is no option to request computer analysis or enable engine from top right, i have to click on the menu at bottom right below the moves history, enable engine and then request computer analysis

it doesn't save those preferences though, i have to enable engine that way, arrows, lines of engine displayed etc every single time i click on analysis board of a game

Edit: even the shortcut 'l' doesn't work to enable the engine
