This is the live rating. Anish Giri has dropped his rating to 2761.2 , which means that he's gone 2 ranks down.
which means that Ian Nepomniachtchi and Shakhriyar have gone 1 rank up.

So in the end , Ian being World #9 in the fide site isn't wrong.
