- Elite Classical Arena

- 15 seconds timer till you are able to abort a game. Improves the handling for players with bad internet connection. (Phone players on vacation)

- Personal Puzzle Finder ( So many puzzles, maybe there is already existing 1 of my games? That i want to know.

- official National Teams to become a faster communication and sozialisation with players nearby your home.

2. Unless it's changed, it should be 90 seconds until opponent can claim win/draw if you drop the connection. (10 if you close on purpose). (the term abort is used before the clocks have started, but I don't think you meant that)

i referred to lobby games they just got started.

1 I doubt elite players are interested in classical arena
2 I believe the site were better without the abort button
3 I do not care
4 On the contrary I find it interesting to be able to play people all over the world. Also the morning players in one time zone can play the night players of another time zone.

1. Many Players above 2100 Classical on lichess ARE interested for sure in this.

2. I agree. If someone decides to play a game, he should know if he is able to play it according to time issues.

4. I agree, i do same. But also it is very joyfull to meet players on lichess which you are able to meet in real life after gotten known here. Also National Teams wouldn´´t harm the possibility of your mentioned favour.

1 I still doubt that. Most of the strong players play bullet or 3 min blitz. Reduced potential for cheating may be one reason. It is also more difficult to commit to a 2 hour tournament than to a 1 hour tournament.
3 So I am allowed to either agree or disagree, but I should refrain from telling it is indifferent to me?

2 I play in tournaments: there is no abort button, and if my opponent isn't there I win rating points.

@tpr If iam not wrong, Elite Blitz tourneys do take longer than 1 hour. I really would like to give it a try at least. We have many strong and active classical players here. In case of streaming an Elite Classical by Astaneh,KC, ChessGMTeam,Killerkaz... etc. would be very exciting for me and for sure for many others aswell.

Cheating issue is annoying and in classical for sure very tempting for manys, but still: these guys gettin removed from tourney sooner or later. Maybe it is an option by lichess to implement a 2 points gain by losing vs a detected Cheater after even still tourney has finished.
