How to overcome the fear of approaching women?

We call it "gwababa" in our language. My friend has it and is not getting girls. How can I help him?

You need to end this phobia.
First you need to teach him meditation and how to remain calm.
Drape his eyes with some cloth and without his knowledge lead him to a room full of girls.
Let him move all around until he gets to know it. You leave the room.
He could at most collapse but nothing serious would happen. And then he will soon overcome his fear once he gets meeting with girls usually.

You... approach a woman? You're never going to understand how to approach a woman without you being embarrassed about what you hypothetically might have done wrong with that interaction.

Women are very beautiful I don't blame you, they are like charms in the wind! The cheesiest quesedilla... you get the picture

I seem to attract a lot of girls in my classes...

Talk to girls online and then meet up, since you will have to already have talked, you'll remain calm. (At least a little)
