Ohio High School Middle School Championship Reserve Sections

Eligibility: Reserve Sections are open to scholastic players from all states. K-5 Students are eligible to compete in the K-8 Premier Under 1200 Section and the K-8 Reserve Under 700 Section. Free USCF membership provided for new or expired members.
Format: 5 Round Swiss; USCF Online Standard Rated.
*For determining sections, the higher of a player’s USCF Over the Board (OTB) Regular rating and their USCF Online Regular rating will be used.
Time Limit: All Reserve Sections Sections: G/30 + 5.
Rounds: All Reserve Section games are paired ASAP after last game in the section is completed. Be ready!
Awards: Trophies mailed home to all players scoring 3.5 or higher, and top 2 teams (schools) in each section, based on adding the best 4 individual scores.
Fair Play: No Zoom or cameras are required in the Reserve Sections! All games will be reviewed. Players using engine assistance will be flagged by lichess and may be reported to the USCF Ethics Committee.
