I play e5 or nf3

f5 all the way

I would say the Budapest gambit, I have been studying it for a very long time and it's a completely playable opening, especially against human opponents (which many people forget nowadays for some reason), it's quite surprising, very attacking and wild. Nf6, d5, e5 either on move 1 or after nf6 if you want to gambit.. g6 can be boring but it's perfectly fine too.

The best response against 1.d4 is the one you feel most comfortable with.

1.d4 Nf6 2.c4 c5!
