How it's possible to make a mistake like that ? This checkmate is really common, and as soon as you have exchange your rooks, the opponent's queen is became really dangerous. You should have noticed this threat.

You were low on time? It is a simple threat, easy to fall for in bullet but with time to think it should be avoidable!
