Problems with servers? Or what is happening?

I played in a lichess bullet tournament with stream. There were no interruptions or lags on my stream, everything was fine with my internet, but in a series of games I couldn’t just make a move. I am attaching a link to a piece from the stream, where you can see that I physically cannot make a move:

Lichess sends a warning that this is a sandbagging. But this situation with the connection has been going on for about a month.

"You take one road - no issues, you take another - there is a traffic jam. That's basically Internet in a nutshell. You may not have any issues whatsoever connecting to one part of the Internet and the at the same time have issues connecting to some other part, has nothing to do with your Internet speed.

You can run some network diagnostics with MTR: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MTR_(software)
to see where the issue is and then complain to your ISP." -bufferunderrun

Такое у меня когда-то было, когда был плохой интернет на телефоне.

Вот что я могу сказать.

Во-первых, сервер в этом никак не виноват, и ничем, кроме совета, помочь не может, потому что он не может исправить ваше интернет-соеденение "Lichess developers cannot fix your wifi or make light go faster." ("Разработчики Личесса не могут починить ваш Wi-Fi или повысить скорость света", lichess.org/lag)

Во-вторых, вероятно, это было из-за Вашего стрима. Видео занимает очень много места, и всё время компьютер тратит на его транспортировку. У меня, когда запущен meet на слабом ноутбуке, другие вкладки сильно подвисают.

Почему это? Как минимум, личесс может выдать сообщение об ошибке, если не может послать ход на сервер. Во-вторых, если он смог в итоге подключиться, то он может отправить какую-то информацию, что ход всё-таки был сделан, и это не сэндбэггинг.

This has happened to me twice. I would love to know what to do in this situation...
