How can a 2000/2100 get to 2300?

I have played chess seriously for around 1.5-2 years (after a long break of playing as a child) and I have recently found I seem to have plateaued at the 2100 or thereabouts level for a while now. Over the board, I am roughly 1900 ECF currently, and I should be around 2000 strength in classical tc, but I feel a bit embarrassed about my online ratings as I am about 200 points lower rated than my friends at my club who are also 1900-2000.

Can anyone offer some advice on how I can train, or are there some thought process changes I need to make?

Thanks

Play more rapid games and analyze games with coach for understand your strategic and positional blunders. Improve your opening problems and learn in endgames. Only with coach start work in your calculations.
I would say that you should take an honest look at your strengths and weaknesses in chess (tactics, positional play, endgame knowledge & technique, your knowledge of the openings in your repertoire, solid play, dynamic play, attacking, defending, etc...) and then work on your greatest weaknesses. It is much easier to improve the things that you are bad at as opposed to areas where you already excel and all great players these days are fairly well-rounded.
