Play fast, study slow.

One-minute is ideal due to lack of cheating (it's too obvious) and it provides the greatest study material while making you almost immune to time pressure.

What you need to do is build out a GM-strength game in all three phases. Pick any to start.
If 10 minutes chess is still slow chess, slow chess then.

start(poll[type]:>options -- /Fast Chess, Slow Chess, Both/);

I can't execute it but let's start the poll with the number of votes.

POLL:
a) Slow Chess
b) Fast Chess
c) Both
Answer quick!

I vote for option a.

Current standings:

SLOW CHESS -- 2
FAST CHESS -- 1
BOTH -- 2
TCs of 15 mins or better I like the most. If I play
the high caffeine blitz, bullet or ultrabullet TCs
my game will become the non-nutritious fast food equivalent. I've been playing a long time -
58 years, and I've come to appreciate the true art of chess that seldom occurs in blitz, lightning bullet, and ultrabullet games. For some reason,
when I play adrenalized I relearn bad chess habits that took decades to break! I only play blitz once in a while since I will impress no one
with showing them how fast I can make the worst moves.

Otb I play slow, but on Lichess I play rapid, is that slow or fast?
1 min: too fast / 5 min: too slow. I find 3 min to be ideal for online chess. Not only does it provide enough space to calculate between lines, with the power to premove, it accounts for the time pressure along. Learning online via slower time controls -- no; study in real time, then play online
