lichess ratings in comparison to other rating systems?

Since lichess has a median of 1500 instead of 1000, would it be accurate to say that lichess rating -500 is USCF/chess.com ratings?

Compared to chess.com I think minus 300-400 should be the difference, -500 is probably a bit much.

USCF is usually bit higher then elo-rating (probably around +100) and chess.com rating bit lower then elo rating (probably around -150) so I guess that the difference from Lichess rating to USCF rating should be around minus 50.

Example:

2000 Lichess rating = 1700 chess.com = 1850 Elo = 1950 USCF.

Would be realistic in my opinion.

Just to make it clear: This is only an example and in reality its of course often not like this because Elo and USCF are based on tournament games and chess.com or lichess are usually based on short time controls.
Quick answer, No.
Chess knowledge vs chess skill;
Solving puzzles vs Playing chess;
Theory vs Practice.
None of the above are the same thing, but all are ... if you stop the time at a particular position.

If the two bell rating curves overlap equally, then the numbers could be converted equally.

Maybe if we compare a chess rating to an IQ bell curve we could convert other chess ratings. What is required is a constant. This is why I think we need to use the IQ curve as a constant to convert a chess rating into IQ and then we will be able to compare ratings.
